Programmable couch tail cutter with edge trim nozzles. The wire part is equipped with a top former (Hybridformer), make VOITH, type Duoformer D in order to improve two-sideness and dewatering capacity.

1 Press Part, make VOITH, with Pick-up Combi-Flex Press with 2 nips, max. linear nip pressure 950 kN/m the shoe-press is equipped with a ceramic covered top roll, straight thru 3^rd press with Eco-Nip-system and bottom marking roll, 100 kN/m linear nip pressure. Top and bottom press felt run including felt conditioning equipment.

Dryer Part with 4 dryer groups and totally 23 drying cylinders 1800 mm Ø, 7 bars steam pressure. 1st group Slalom-run 3 dryers with 2 Duo-stabilisers 1250 mm Ø, 2^nd group 4 dryers, 3^rd group with 6 dryers, 4^th group with 10 dryers, all with top and bottom fabric. Central oil lubrication system for drying cylinder and fabric roll bearings. The dryer part is equipped with a high-efficiency hood and ventilation system, make WAERAG, including heat recovery system. Steam and condensate system is a cascade-system.
Machine Soft-Calander, back-to-back type, make VOITH, type Ecosoft Modular 4.1, with 4 crown-controlled rolls. Linear nip pressure 250 kN/m.


1 QC-System, make METSO, type Paper-IQ for measuring of basis weight and moisture profile and all other important paper characteristics.
