 PRINCIPLE
|
The main liquid inflows through
head to head box which is connected inside of wedge wire screen.
The head box is specially designed in half circle shape
to enable the solids floated on the main liquid, and the main
liquid inflows up to 33% of total area and/or 60% of the length.
The main liquid overflows softly over the walls arranged
both sides of head box, the filterated water drops down directly
and vertically, and the solids to be gathered together by turning
around the surface of screen.
The gathered solids are being
dehydrated and pushed out to the contrary part of head slowly
through the extracting board which is arranged in spiral shape
on the screen.
