DISK THICKENER
The Disk Filter fine screen provides efficient removal of fiber solids from process and waste streams through a unique system combining the principle of screening and precoat filteration. It is designed for continuous and automatic operation without operator's attention and when there's a change of degrees on cleaning water it only needs adjustment of rotation and substitution of mesh (45-325 mesh).

BOW SCREEN
A simple and effective machine capable of separating fiber as small as 100 microns in length from water suspension.

DRUM SCREEN
The head box is specially designed in half circle shape to enable the solids floated on the main liquid, and the main liquid inflows up to 33% of total area and/or 60% of the length.
The main liquid overflows softly over the walls arranged both sides of head box, the filterated water drops down directly and vertically, and the solids to be gathered together by turning around the surface of screen

REJECT SCREEN
With wider screen plate and special shape of separater rotor together with shower, it can separate the different particles and fibers efficiently.

Our circulating type control unit is an automatic system to check consistency, liquid level and basic weight in one tank and it reacts rapidly on the change of input consistency and circulates continuously with new materials so there is no change on consistency and liquid level.

Since it is portable, ROLL CUTTER can be located near the broke chute or repulper, reducing the labour cost as it is easy to handle the waste paper after slitting.
