    The inferior adhesion originates in a large number from the extreme change of pressure as the former weight roll makes the sheet adhered by pressing down the canvas and it presses down the state of line whenever it passes through the roll. The glue is used in a large quantity toprevent the inferior adhesion so that it causes the low productivity and warp. The main merit of Air Forming System is the equipment to adhere and dry  the corrugated board by surface contact in keeping constant pressure to full width for remedy of the above faults

    Machinery  
    The aluminum box is setted up on the pressure frame accompanied by old or new lifting bar, whrer the top chain plate is placed on. In addition, the air bag enclossed with the insulting membrane is installed between the aluminum box and the top chain plate, and the pressure can be adjusted by pouring the air into the air bag through the blower. The Air Forming System is consisted of these structures.

    Lifting Bar
    For converting to the air forming system, it is essential that the installed lifting bar upholding the old weight roll system can move vertically. If not, the independent lifting system must be installed. This installation can be offered to your company on request 

    Pressure frame
    The pressure frame is made of aluminum for a light weight and upheld by the installed lifting bar. This frame can make the air forming system move vertically by the lifting bar which is similar to the weight roll process.

    Top chain plate
    The top chain plate is flexible and made of the linear stainless steel for wear-resistance. This plate is attached to each part of the overall machine due to ist easiness of repair. In addition, this plate is covered by an insulating membrane for protecting the air bag of pressure system from overheating

    Air bag
    The air bag is made of silicon for air-shielding and heat-resistance. In addition, the nipple is attached to each air bag by the adhesives protecting against the air-loss.

    Belt lifting bar
    If the installed bar is compatible to this air forming system, it can be re-used.

     Pressure system
    The tube blower of 0.75 kW supporting the pressure of air bag is installed at the wall of driving shaft and connected to the flexible doctor attached at the lifting bar of each section. The blowing pressure connects the flexible pipe to the air bag and other machine and is controlled by inverter system attached to the blowing motor.
