San-ei RAKE is completely new type of diluting and mixing device for high density tower with extremely less power consumption

¡ÝThe tower rake  with rotating showers placed at the bottom of tower keeps exceedingly good agitation and dilution of stock of 15 to 25% consistency in the high density tower and the stock will be taken out through the suction pipe equipped on the rake and delivered with uniform and stable consistency form the whole area of bottom part of the tower.

¡ÝWhen the consistency of pulp is risen in the bottom of HDT by insufficient dilution, the rake is stopped mechanically and the spare shower pipe is operated. The combination of rake and rotating shower consumes only 1/4 - 1/30 of energy in comparison with the conventional propeller type agitator. The bigger volume of tower makes better efficiency in energy consimption
