Broad experience in applied technology leads to
new Product applications. |
The
function of an Accumulator is to provide a process buffer in
any type of packaging or production line for small products
where uninterrupted processing is desired. The accumulator enables
continuous processing when upstream or down line processes are
interrupted. Product feed, storage and discharge are automatic.
Another example of low maintenance, durable and reliable machinery
from a technology leader. |

2. When machine B stops operating discharge from the accumulator
is temporarily halted. However, as machine A continues to run, product
supply to the accumuator will not be interrupted. In this case the
accumulator enters a storage mode (Fig.2) With machine B once
again operational, automativ product discharge from the accumulator
also begins and the accumulator returns to normal operation mode. |

1. Product is conveyed automatically into the product
carrier by the infeed assembly and then transported intermittently
to the discharge section by the drive mechanism. When machines A
and B are in normal operation mode both accumulator drive motors
work independently and simultaneously to convet the product (Fig.1)
|
|
3. Similarly, should machine A fail, the accumulator's
discharge motor continues to run and the stored product inside the
accumulator will be conveyed to machine B (Fig.3) |
1.The accumlator can be freely intergrated into various
type of production and packing lines. |
2. As products
are fed in and discharged based on a first in first out principle,
quality control is constantly ensured. |
3. Machine
height, length and width can be designed to accomadate a wide variety
of floor space and ceiling height requirements. |
4. Both
vertical and a horizontal types are available which can be designed
to operate not only as a buffer system but also to perform additional
functions which may br necessary in the production line such as
cooling, drying, warming, automatic sorting and other product processing
features. |
