   FUNCTION SUMMARY

This is an automatic defect-fluting clear system A specifically designed sensor inspects convex of the fluted liners of the single-faced sheets and checks faulty flutings to eliminate automatically by signal from the sensor.

   SPECIAL FEATURES

Feature 1 : Inspection on line

Cutting off unnecessary checking process by removal system of the defected flutings on line

Feature 2 : Width checking of all sheets

The sensor units corresponds to the width of the machine¡¯s and inspect-sensor set up by the most amicable pitches of 50mmm ¡­ 100mm, therefore, it¡¯s possible to inspect once for all full-width of the single-faced fluting sheet.

Feature 3 : Easy operating

This system features handy operation, on/off power functions and further Is available for interlocking with an existing defect-form removal system
