Tension control
Two kinds of tension controller are available. The MTC-12 Multiple
Reel Tension Controller features a central micro-processer to simultaneously
maintain uniform tension of the reel even when diameters vary.
The standard tension controller is a single-reel unit utilizing
sensor data to regulate braking.
The load cell type tension
sensor out-put data to either controller and is ten times more accurate
than the conventional differential transformer. |

E.P.C.
The E.P.C. is an automatic tracking device utilizing self-adjusting
rollers to maintain precise alignment.
Can be provided with

neither heat nor liquid and operates regardless of roll diameter,
feed-rate and tension. |
