The quality of the finished product will ultimately depend upon the cutter. For optimum performance OHI recommends its synchronized fly cutter system with resolver PG motor. In this system, the ratation of the cutters is synchronized not only with each other but also with the feed-rate. Hence cuts are produced at precisely the desired position and the surface of the cut edge is exceptionally clean. Other benefits are reduced noise and dust and long blade life.
Fly cutters may be provided with single or double blades.
A conventional type cutter eith AC servo motor may also be ordered.
